Milena Dimitrova professional experience includes competition law, in particular – unfair competition, public procurement, commercial and company law, copyright and related rights, industrial property rights – trademarks, geographical indications and industrial designs.
Milena provides comprehensive legal advice on company matters and intellectual property legal issues to a significant number of corporate clients. Milena also represents clients on court proceedings and enforcement cases.
Milena Dimitrova has considerable professional experience in public procurement. She assists participants and candidates in the preparation for public procurement procedures and is legal advisor to some of the major contracting authorities in the Republic of Bulgaria with regards to the lawfulness of the conducted public procurements procedures. In addition to the above, Milena advises clients in relation to projects funded by the EU structural and investment funds and the other funding programs when it relates to the specific rules for assignment, monitoring and reporting of project activities. She also represents clients in number of cases before the Commission for Protection of Competition and the Supreme Administrative Court.
